Through those years, he saw that many people wanted a different life — but lacked the support, structure, and community needed to truly change.
That experience planted a dream he couldn't let go of.
For more than 30 years, Kevin continued walking alongside people in need — through ministry, through his business, and through the relationships he built across Arkansas. But the vision of creating a place where lives could be truly restored never left him.
"When people are given accountability, mentorship, and a community that believes in them, real transformation takes place."
Crystal Willis shares that same burden. As Co-Founder and Executive Director, she has spent years volunteering in Arkansas women's prisons — sitting with women who wanted change but needed someone to believe it was possible. She brings that same heart, along with more than 20 years of public service experience — including roles with the City of North Little Rock, District Court, and currently the Arkansas State Legislature — to the work of building A Prodigal's Path.
Together, Kevin and Crystal believe no life is too far gone. Everyone deserves the opportunity for a second chance. And they are committed to building the kind of community where that second chance becomes a reality — one life at a time.
