Board of Directors

A Prodigal's Path is governed by a dedicated board of men and women who bring legal, financial, operational, and community expertise to the mission. They are the accountability behind every decision we make.

Kevin Willis

Kevin Willis is the Founder of A Prodigal's Path. His heart for restoration began in the mid-1990s when he started serving in prison ministry, walking alongside men and women facing addiction, incarceration, and broken relationships. Through more than 30 years of ministry, Kevin has seen the importance of accountability, community, and genuine care in helping people rebuild their lives. He is also the owner of The Finishing Touch, where years of serving families across Arkansas have allowed him to build meaningful relationships within the community. Together with his wife, Crystal, Kevin is helping bring the vision of A Prodigal's Path to life.

Crystal also brings over 20 years of public service experience, including previous roles with the City of North Little Rock and District Court, and currently serves with the Arkansas State Legislature.
