Charles Stallings will be speaking to the students at Midway Middle School Positive Peer Pressure Club (P3) on Tuesday February 13 at 8 am as part of a documentary being filmed by the Roane County Anti-Drug Coalition.  They will also be filming here at our office in Oliver Springs!
